I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Caleb. I had been dealing with back pain for years and felt like every provider I saw gave me the same five-minute routine with no long-term change. From the very first visit, it was obvious that they do things differently. Caleb spent real time assessing the root cause of my pain, explained everything in a simple way, and built a plan that actually helped me get back to golfing and exercise with confidence. I have been to so many people to try and figure out my back pain and no one was able to give the answers as to why it was there. It got to the point that I was hardly able to swing my driver without pain, much less play a round on the weekends. Dr. Caleb's process was different from the start. A lot more thorough than most other people I have been to. Then he made a plan to help me get out of pain and back on the course. Now I am able to not only golf 18 holes, but I am easily driving 20 yards further with no pain in my back. I even had my dad go and see him for his neck issues, which were greatly helped as well. Can’t thank Elevate enough. When I found Caleb I had been all over the place trying to address my shoulder issue.
